With a multitude of certifications that includes rehab, movement screening, as well as strength and conditioning,  we are capable of analyzing your body and creating an individualized fitness plan that will help you reach YOUR goals. Most plans include personalized healthy eating guides and exercise programs, to ensure the best results for each client. I will continue to work with you in-person as well as online, or by phone, to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
